Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or due to high order volumes.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier performance and external factors.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders via UPS.

Shipping Insurance & Liability

All shipments are insured through UPS. Once an order has been shipped, Pigeon Forge Gem Mine is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier upon dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Packages (In Transit)

If your order is lost or arrives damaged while in transit, a UPS claim must be filed. Once the claim is approved and processed by UPS, we will remake and reship your order. We are unable to replace or remake orders until the carrier claim process has been completed.

Delivered but Missing / Stolen Packages

If tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you did not receive it, the package is considered delivered but missing. Pigeon Forge Gem Mine is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen.

We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local UPS office. Customers may request to file a UPS claim where applicable; however, replacement or reshipment is not guaranteed for stolen packages.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Pigeon Forge Gem Mine is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment due to incorrect address information.
