Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase if they are eligible under our return guidelines. Returned items must be in their original condition unless the item is defective or damaged.

In the case of an approved and eligible return, store credit will be issued for the amount paid. Store credit issued will be equal to the price paid after any sale or promotional discounts were applied.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds or refunds back to the original payment method. All approved returns are refunded in the form of store credit only.

Items purchased using a discount code are not eligible for refunds. However, these items may still be returned for store credit.

Gift Card Purchases

Items purchased using a gift card are eligible for return. Any approved return for a gift card purchase will be refunded as store credit.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Return the original item following our return process.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

We recommend checking back with us for any updates, as our exchange policy may change in the future.

Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please get in touch with us via email pigeonforgegemmine@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number or receipt
  • Details and description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and assist you with the replacement process.

Additional Notes

Store credit cannot be converted to cash. All returns are subject to review and approval by our team.
